This\u00a0machine carries out the following processes: grinding, water\u00a0supply, maceration and subsequent filtering. The machine\u00a0can work with batches of up to 3kg, and it is not necessary\u00a0to stop the machine between batches.<\/div>\n<div class=\"rtejustify\">\n<strong>CONSTRUCTION<\/strong><br \/>\nThe machine is constructed of 18\/8 AISI-304 standard\u00a0stainless steel throughout. The machine can be assembled\u00a0on four feet with rubber buffers or on four wheels with\u00a0brakes, so that the machine can be moved easily, or fixed in\u00a0place while in operation. The most important elements of the\u00a0machine are:<br \/>\n&#8211; A hopper for the tiger nuts or almonds.<br \/>\n&#8211; A tap\u00a0to regulate the in-flow of water.<br \/>\n&#8211; An outlet tube\u00a0for the tiger nut or almond \u201cmilk\u201d.<br \/>\n&#8211; A gate\u00a0for emptying the squeezed pulp.<br \/>\n&#8211; A tank with an impeller and crusher hammers inside.\u00a0As this piece rotates the grinding and maceration take\u00a0place.<br \/>\n&#8211; Around the crusher hammers is a four-edged sieve,\u00a0with holes of differing sizes for working with either tiger\u00a0nuts or almonds.\u00a0The rotation of the crusher hammers\u00a0inside this piece produces the grinding.<\/div>\n<div class=\"rtejustify\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"rtejustify\"><strong>OPERATION<\/strong><br \/>\nPlace a container under the spout\u00a0to collect the tiger\u00a0nut or almond \u201cmilk\u201d. Pour the tiger nuts or almonds into the\u00a0hopper (max. 3 Kg). Then adjust the flow of water with the\u00a0tap.
