USE<\/strong>
\nThe machine is designed to mould hard nougat \u201cTurr\u00f3n\u00a0de Alicante\u201d (caramelized honey with almonds) when the\u00a0nougat is hot, thus obtaining cakes or bars with circular,\u00a0square or rectangular shapes, with a weight that can range\u00a0from 150 to 400 grams.<\/div>\n
\nCONSTRUCTION<\/strong>
\nThe machine is constructed of 18\/8 AISI-304 standard\u00a0stainless steel throughout. It is provided with three feet with\u00a0rubber buffers, which are adjustable in height. The\u00a0machine has four moulds made of food grade plastic.\u00a0These can be circular, square or rectangular, and the\u00a0measurements of these can be customised according to\u00a0the purchaser\u00b4s needs. At the top of the machine there are\u00a0four rotating plates. The nougat is pressed against these,\u00a0thus forming the cakes or bars.<\/div>\n

OPERATION<\/strong>
\nThe portion of \u201cturr\u00f3n\u201d to be moulded is placed inside a\u00a0moulding vessel in the machine, either manually or by\u00a0means of a conveyor belt. The movement of the four\u00a0moulds is rotational and continuous and as they move; the\u00a0bottom plate rises up against the top rotating plate, thereby\u00a0compressing and moulding the nougat.<\/div>\n
The final thickness of the cake to be obtained can be\u00a0regulated.
\nIn the final part of the process, the mould is separated\u00a0from the top rotating plate, and extractor arm ejects the\u00a0resulting cake from the machine. In this way the mould is\u00a0ready for another portion of the product.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
