UTILIZATION<\/strong>
\nFor the manufacture of nougat in all its classes, both for cooking sugar, honey, pulp, yolk and
\npastes, such as for mixing or kneading with or without the addition of almonds or other nuts.<\/p>\n

CONSTRUCTION<\/strong>
\nThe entire machine is made of 18\/8 AISI-304 quality stainless steel. The machine has the following
\nmechanisms: a motor-reducer for turning the blades, and two pneumatic cylinders, one for lifting and
\nlowering of the shovel and the other for dumping the bowl. It can incorporate an automatic control by probe of
\ntemperature and a kettle cooling function.<\/p>\n

FUNCTIONING<\/strong>
\nThe machine has a pot or pot with a double bottom through which steam will circulate. The perola has an inlet of
\nsteam and condensate outlet, and all the necessary control and safety elements according to the current law of
\nPressure Appliances. On the control panel there are two-hand buttons to raise and lower the
\nhead with the shovel, a start-stop button to turn the shovel, two buttons to dump the
