The machine is designed to crush nuts such as almonds, peanuts, walnuts and hazelnuts, etc. into small pieces.

CONSTRUCTION
The machine is constructed of 18/8 AISI-304 standard stainless steel throughout. The machine consist of a crushing head or poppet, a foot or base constructed of square section stainless steel tube, which supports the entire crushing poppet, and a conduit for collection of the crushed product. Inside the poppet there are the most important elements: a hopper for the product to be crushed, and two stainless steel toothed rollers driven by a gear motor. These rollers engage and rotate against each other, thus chopping the nuts.
The machine is provided with all electrical and mechanical safety necessary for proper operating, according to the current regulations.

OPERATION
Pour the nuts into the hopper and press de button to run the machine. Then open the hopper gate with the hand wheel (C) to let the nuts pass. Finally, the hand wheel regulates the space between the rollers, to achieve the desired size of the pieces. The machine stops when you press button, which is also an emergency stop control.
