USE
It is designed to cut moulded blocks of chocolate with almond nougat and hard nougat “Turrón de Alicante” (caramelized honey with almonds) into bars. The maximum size of blocks the machine can take is: 500x290x95 mm.

CONSTRUCTION
The machine is constructed of 18/8 AISI-304 standard stainless steel throughout. It is provided with three feet with rubber buffers, which are adjustable in height. The cutting is performed by a Ø280x30x2 HSS steel blade with a serrated edge. The machine is provided with the necessary tools for the blade assembly.

OPERATION
An operator puts a nougat block onto the block carrier. With the carrier in place at the back of the machine, the start button is pushed so that the saw blade begins to rotate (depending on type of nougat to be cut, speed of the saw can be regulated by using the frequency inverter). The operator begins to cut the bars by advancing the carrier and bringing to block of nougat up to a plate, thus determining the width of the bar. At the same time, a second operator must be stationed at the other end of the machine to collect the nougat bars.
