UTILIZATION
The machine is designed for pressing nougat in boxes and moulds.
CONSTRUCTION
Made entirely of 18/8 AISI-304 quality stainless steel. The machine has a foot made of stainless steel square tube, which supports the entire pressing and vibration head and the work table. The pressing head consists of molds in the format of the product to be manufactured, which are lowered by means of a pneumatic cylinder and exert a vibration that adjust the product on the molds. The work table has two work stations so that while the product is being pressed in the other station, the pressed product is removed and the next tablet to be pressed is replaced.
FUNCTIONING
The pressing time and intensity of vibration are controlled, the speed of the output band of the product is also regulated. The pressing area has all the necessary protections for safe work in the prevention of accidents.
