CONSTRUCTION
The machine is constructed of 18/8 AISI-304 standard stainless steel throughout. It is provided with four feet with rubber buffers, which are adjustable in height. Cutting is performed by multiple Ø280×1’5 circular saws with a separation between them. Under the cutting blades there is a drawer to collect waste from the block when it is cut.

OPERATION
The process of this machine is automatic. So that the machine works to its full capacity two operators are needed: one to feed in the moulded blocks to be cut and another at the other end of the machine collecting the cut bars. The cutting speed of the blades and the rate of advance of the block carrier can be regulated to obtain a clean cut on the bars.
