The machine is designed to grind soft nougat “Turrón de Jijona”, stone-ground nougat “Turrón a la piedra”, and other products, such as nuts. This machine can grind almonds or other nuts into flour.
The machine is constructed of 18/8 AISI-304 standard stainless steel throughout. The bottom frame of the chassis is constructed of structural stainless steel tube. The most important elements of the machine are three granite or porphyry stone rollers, two adjustable and one fixed, three gear motors with different speeds (one for each roller), four wheels with electronic or analogical displays for the displacement and adjustment of the rollers, and a hopper with a safety grid for pouring in the product. The machine can be coupled to a crusher with toothed rollers instead of the hopper, so that you can pour in previously chopped nuts, thus obtaining a flour (or maximum fineness) of the product. The machine is provided with all electrical and mechanical safety features necessary for a correct operation in accordance with the current regulations.
Pour the nougat or chopped nuts directly into the hopper. Then regulate the opening between the rollers by means of the wheels in order to obtain the desired fineness. Put a recipient at the end of the machine to collect the refined product as it becomes ready.
