UTILIZATION
The machine is designed to refine Jijona nougat, stone nougat and other products such as nuts. The maximum fineness possible is achieved up to the point of obtaining almond flour or other nuts.
CONSTRUCTION
Completely in stainless steel 18/8 AISI-304 quality. The lower frame of the chassis is made of stainless steel structural tube. The machine is equipped with three rollers with two material options;
Granite or porphyry stone roller.
Stainless steel roller with internal refrigeration to maintain optimal temperature and auxiliary refrigeration equipment.
Two of the rollers are adjustable, and one is fixed, adjustable roller speed from the control panel, four steering wheels with analog displays to adjust the separation between rollers, and a hopper with a safety grid to pour the product. The machine is provided with all the electrical and mechanical safety devices necessary for its proper functioning, in accordance with current regulations.
FUNCTIONING
The nougat or the dried fruit is poured directly into the hopper of the grinder head with toothed rollers, in this way, the dried fruit is poured into seeds without chopping, then the opening between the rollers is regulated by means of the handwheels, to obtain the desired fineness and a container is placed at the outlet of the machine to collect the already refined product and obtaining flour (maximum fineness) of the product.
